On January 20, 2015 02:25 UTC, the Device Cloud Technology Team encountered an issue impacting the networking tier. This issue resulted in a service disruption for 36 minutes, from 02:25 to 03:01 UTC. Thank you for your continued business and patience.

Root Cause:
The Device Cloud Technology Team encountered a disruption in the network layer within the hosting infrastructure. A software component controlling the virtual network infrastructure was determined to have attempted to rebuild a portion of the network layer in error.

Actions to Prevent Future Incidents:
- The Device Cloud Technology Team has disabled the suspect software component and is working on an update to that component.
