On February 18, 2015 14:05 UTC, the Device Cloud Technology Team observed a performance degradation impacting the application tier. This resulted in a performance degradation from 14:05 to 16:25 UTC affecting a subset of our customers. Thank you for your continued business and patience.

Root Cause:
Application code on one of the servers handling web services was memory constrained so some web service requests had high latency. The affected application code was restarted and service levels returned to normal.

Actions to Prevent Future Incidents:
- Enhanced system monitoring has been put in place

Root Cause:
A failure in the HA configuration of the network infrastructure associated with the database tier resulted in an internal connectivity disruption for the duration listed in the detail.

Actions to Prevent Future Incidents:
